Epsilon Sigma Omicron (ESO) is an honorary reading society formed as part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs Education Program. It is to provide an opportunity for self-enrichment and lifelong learning to members as they participate, at their own pace, in the society's reading program.

All ESO Reading Levels require the reader to write a brief review of 50 words or less for each book read. Currently there are four levels: Membership, a total of 16 books (four books from four different categories; Star, 40 books from ten different categories; Torch, 75 books from seven categories; and finally Century, 100 books of free choice or ESO books. A Reading List is prepared by GFWC which lists acceptable books for each category, and there are 23 categories.

The TVWC group only meets formally once or twice a year, with readers giving reviews to the chairman to be processed as they finish a level.
